Dr. Davide Menozzi, Phd, is an Associate Professor at the University of Parma, Italy in Agricultural Economics and Rural Appraisal. He has been involved in several national and EU research projects since 2000, focusing on the analysis of consumer behaviour and preferences, the economic analysis of food safety and food quality schemes with a supply chain perspective, and the evaluation of the socio-economic sustainability of food chains and dietary behaviours. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses, including “Agricultural and Food Economics” and “Food Choice and Consumer Behaviour,” in the Department of Food and Drug and in the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Parma. He obtained the National Scientific Qualification to the functions of Full Professor in the field of Agricultural Economics and Rural Appraisal in March 2018. He is an active member in various scientific societies including the Italian Association of Agricultural and Applied Economists (AIEAA) and the European Association of Agricultural Economists (EAAE).
